Quick Question Elemental Staves
I was just debating with my friends whether or not Elemental Staves still give Bonus damage for their respective elements; the most recent guide (2012) said they do, but only at a 10% increase/decrease.
Does this still hold true today, or has Nexon completely removed the bonus?

They do give a bonus damage for their respective element

The only exception to ele staffs or wands not giving bonuses or deductions is when Bams use them.
