Power Guard disappears when I get on mount I know it's not a glitch, but it's so annoying. I'm used to using mount while training, to get to places faster, but if I use it I'd have to use power guard again(well not really since the monsters I'm training on don't hit that much anyway and I have restoration) but it's still irritating. /rant

It says increases the effectiveness of HP recovery item and [b]skills [/b] by 30%, what does that even mean o.o but it seems good, so if you stack it with other items that has the potential (I think gloves and earrings also have it?), wouldn't it be really good? Also, I have another question? Does the +2 skills from hat go over the max skill level?
