Should I use my Zero's WP now or should I wait until I get a RA weapon scroll? or does it not matter?

@TheFallen123 You can for unique but not Legendary
I wouldn't bother using scrolls on it until it's reached it's final form. But as for potentials and WP, just keep it clean and pot away. You don't wanna transfer the stats over if you scrolled it with random scrolls.
EDIT: You cannot use WP on your weapon to change the potential if your weapon is legendary, not sure about unique.
Yes, every time the weapon upgrades, it gives you the option to carry over the scrolls and potential.
It doesn't change the stats
is it true the potential and scrolls I use on my weapons now, will transfer over to my RA weapon when I get it?
I would use the WP now to make your character strong so it can level up, make mesos, and get RA stuff faster.
