i can not patch!

i wanna play at golden temple but maple says i cant copy the new pact because the file is been ocupied by other proces, then sends me to dowload the manual patch, but the manual patch allways stucks at the first file "creating base.wz"
i`ve reinstaled the client even re-download it nothing works
could some one help me? (sorry for bad english)
