Live Chat help
Hey guys just wondering, since nexon made some new changes to the customer service, did they remove live chat? if they didn't, where can it be found ?
And if anyone has been banned, were you able to get your account unbanned? and how long did it take you to get it back?

Was hoping to get my account back = but i guess thats just wishful thinking now...
I feel that they should forget about live chat & just improve their ticket resolving system. I mean seriously 6 months to change my accounts email? If they are so deep in tickets they should employ more GMs to resolve those tickets.
I recall getting responses from Blizzard GMs within 24 hours.
