Is there some kind of other event going on or something?
I found a Maple Snowboard from those Chief Oblivion Guardians. I checked in the monster book and it says that it doesn't drop anything like that. Did they forget to put it into the update notes or something? o.o

As the others mentioned, it's in the in-game event window. It wasn't in either of the update notes though, the Tempest update notes aren't that thorough and leaves out some stuff such as an updated Silent-Crusade shop.
Oh, I must've not checked the notes that much. Thanks for the info though.
