Why is that? I didn't know it was gonna get taken out so I spent hundreds of my emblems on one go >.<

I was 9 emblems away after finally getting a recipe I have wanted for so long..
@VileLunatic: Yeah, especially since the Eligos Shining Rod and Vepar Soul Shooter were added to the PvP shop. Too bad I missed that part of the SC notes and spent the Emblems I was saving for a Pocket equip.

Nexon patched all of tempest in at once, the other parts of the patch are just "blocked off," and as such, pvp is gone since we have the last part of tempest already.

Apparrently, they discover an issue with pvp during the maintenance.
Yeah, it was taken down with Tempest. I could have sworn it was supposed to be with Luminous though.

.........time restrictions? Yes, it was. There were complaints about the time restrictions when they reinstated PVP as Grand Battle; I'm surprised you wouldn't have heard any of the kerfuffle.
