Shining Star rewards?

Right, so [i]before[/i] the Gachapon Debacle of 2015 (currently banned until the 6th, apparently) I was trying to redeem my Shining Star rewards and wasn't able to for some reason. I could accept my Soaring Supernova rewards, but when I talked to the bunny NPC in the lobby the window that said something like "choose your Shining Star rewards" or whatever was just stuck there. I tried relogging, going back to Maple World then entering Star Planet on different channels, etc. but nothing seemed to work.

And like, will I still be able to get my mix dye coupon after I'm unbanned or wha.
