It's already 6:30AM PST, you missed the first day but if you don't miss anymore then you'll be fine.

If you're talking about the first day, you can still get the ring because this time Nexon gives us 1 extra day, just in case you miss one.
There are 12 days to upgrade the ring 11 times.
If you missed the first one, that means you can still get it, but don't miss any more days.
