Not Fitting Properly to Monitor In Full-Screen 1366x768

So yeah, as the title says, Maple won't fit properly on my monitor when I'm playing in full-screen on the biggest resolution size. Everything is fairly blurry, and there are small black bars on the top and bottom of my screen. The other resolutions are just fine when in full-screen, and everything is fine when in windowed mode.
I have messed with the settings on the monitor itself but to no avail. I'm using a Samsung S22C300 monitor, if that helps.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Alternatively, you could've played it without full screen.
BTW what hair is that? It's totally amazing

@Roobie: the full-screen option worked! I don't know why I didn't think of that. xD
Thank you very much~

Ok no prob. Go to Control Panel > open up the NVIDIA Control Panel > click "Adjust desktop size and position" on the left bar > switch between Aspect Ratio, Full Screen, and No Scaling
(try all three to see if one of them works)
