Implying it's easy to find a very well scrolled pendant and cubed for %luk as well.

Not to mention clean domin vs reinforced pendant is easily outclassed in terms of price (similiar stats I believe).

I think that pendent would go for 8b.
I've seen a dominator pendant that had a bit less attack and %luk for 6b in Broa.
Then again, the one I saw didn't have unique bonus potential, so I'm not 100% sure.
8b seems reasonable for yours though.
Probably under 10b, I literally have like no idea
