Phantom Vs Xenon
I know there was a recent 30 sec CD on skill changing for Phantoms so it makes me want to play a Xenon instead, however are Phantoms still stronger than Xenons? Also with 4b funding do you think I can do better as Phantom or Xenon?

That's not recent at all lol. That was around before Xenon was even released.
Anyways, with only 4b, you'll get further on Xenon. Just get equips with a lot of +all stat like Tyrants/Nova and Gollux.
