Is it better to buy premade CRA or make it yourself?

The 70~90 stat CRA hat/top/bottoms are very tempting to buy, but is it more cost efficient to make them yourself?

It blows my mind that people are selling them for 150m-200m for simply a 70% traced item at 10 stars. Same for boss accessories, they're 1m clean and people don't even bother getting even 3% stat on them and they sell for 100m+.
For CRA, it requires 240 spell traces each 70% scroll which totals to less than 1m each scroll. It costs not even 5m for the armor, and under 10m for the 11 slot hat. Clean CRA costs 15m maximum, 20m if you're desperate. Should cost nowhere more than 50m for fully scrolled and 10 starred with rare/hidden/no potential.

No one is gonna sell it cheaper than making it. Since people do that to make profit... maybe little but profit.
If you can wait until next fever trace event, probably making it yourself will be cheaper.

Take the market price of a clean piece.
Find how much traces it takes to 70% 1 item 11 slots for hats, or 7 slots for tops/bottoms, assuming each one passes, and multiply by the amount it costs to buy traces in the FM.
Add 20m for 10 stars, and you have your answer.
