How to get quotBlue Moon Effectquot from Mystic Phantom Set?
Hey Guys,
Recently acquired the mystic phantom cape perma cs from Hero Surprise Box. I only want the effect the set gives so I am unsure if the cape alone will provide that effect.
Please advise, if I equip the cape alone will I get the effect? or is it a different item from the set all together/ALL items needed?
