Do they get an emblem like the adventurers do? If so, how do I start the quest or obtain the emblem?

Either get the level 60 boss arena emblem or wait for a better level 71+ emblem to be released before spending money cubing it.
You'll have to play 10 games of boss arena to get the boss arena emblem.
