6% = 40m-100m
9% = ~200-500m
12% = ~700-900m
15% = ~ 1.2b - 1.8b
18% = ~ 2b+
21% = ~ 2.8b+
Of course, prices vary with different stats and enhancements. This is what i think

I do not know where you are drawing your information. My source is the maple free market website. It was last updated 471 minutes ago and it states that no pinnacle rings were sold, and the highest %Int on that website lists 9%Int; again, all of which have not been sold.

Are any of the %Int Pinnacle Rings on Scania's FM marked as sold?
Prices of 15% Str/Luk after a upot event is around 1b-1.2b. It's not a ripoff, just maybe slightly underpriced.
Not a rip off but you're selling it underpriced.

so logically 21% should be alot more higher
Well I've recently seen 15% pinnacle rings sold for 1.3-1.4b so...
It's not that it's a ripoff, but you're getting lowballed.
