Best Laptop for about 2k?

What is the best laptop(used for gaming and regular school work) I can get for about $2,000 ($2,500) max? I heard that the new haswell processor is coming out in the summer so should I wait till then? I'm trying to find a 15 inch laptop with minimum requirements of i7 processor, 256 GB SSD, and 8 GB RAM.

No one is upset. You are clearly the only one bothered by this because you're making excuses for being called out for posting misleading information.

Yes, you said if you want the "best", you should build it yourself in a laptop thread. Whether it's already prebuild or custom build by another company is irrelevant. They all still essentially prebuilds (having another company build it for you) and a gaming / desktop laptop would fall into that category. What's your point? If your argument is going to relate to how gaming desktop better than gaming laptop (which shouldn't affect your ability to speced something out for me), then how can you go into a thread that is asking for the "best" while making a claim that you still fail to prove that you can do, with a closed minded point of view as that?
I made it rather easy for you, as those laptops are build on whitebooks that you will be using to build your own computer. If you want to make it more difficult, try specing out a computer that match exactly as the owner's preference.

Since you make it seem as though you could easily make it cost effective and easy to find components, try to specs something out for me that matches the performance of this: http://www.xoticpc.com/sager-np8250-clevo-p157sm-p-5839.html

To make it more easier, do this (as Haswell + 700s laptop had only been just release) : http://www.xoticpc.com/forcemsi-16f3-22001-670m-msi-gt60-barebones-p-4346.html

There's a few Haswell + nVidia 700s laptops from the site I had shown you earlier via PM.
If you're asking for "the best possible laptop for 2k", then the answer would probably be to build your own from scratch.
Not really. Building it generally is more difficult and less cost effective than building a desktop. It is usually better just to get a pre-build in this case.

The Lenovo IdeaPad Y-Series is currently the best value gaming laptop. The rest of the laptops that I know that will fill your budget such as the MSI GT60, have not been delivered to retailers yet. Intel Haswell processors and the new Nvidia GeForce GPUs were released last week and the computer market is in a massive transition state.
Yes. Lots of them. I've actually demo'd the Razer Blade and it's actually quite bad.

Just some more information is needed:

What country/state do you live in? USA/Virginia
Would you like to save money or do you want to spend as much of your budget as possible? As much of my budget
Can you order online? If you cannot order online, what stores are around you? Yes I can order it online.

What games do you play or want to play? Unsure yet, but probably Starcraft, WoW, LoL, Dota, games like those.
What other programs do you use? Will be using programs for IT (unsure of specifics)

Do you have a preferred laptop weight? less than 7 lbs?
Do you have a preferred screen size? around 15 inch
Is battery life important?
Somewhat, the longer the better.
