Getting Fps lag after updating my graphics card driver

I've been using the factory default driver on my computer and I've been able to run games like League of Legends with 60 fps fine, but after I updated my drivers and graphics card, I've been going to as low as 20-30 fps at random times and it's getting annoying. I know I can restore back to the default, but should I keep the updated driver or go back to stable 60 fps? I'm running Intel HD 4000

So you have the latest Intel update and you have problems. Then it's possible that your computer uses an OEM customized version of Intel HD Graphics driver. Check the support download page for your computer and use the latest driver version provided by the manufacturer.

Nevermind. From where did you get the new driver and what is the driver? I see 15.28.8.64.2875 as the most recent update to Intel HD Graphics.
