Will be 3L legendary but at hidden pot
If my empress glove is 3L legendary, and sw glove is 3L unique, what will the transposed glove be?
If the sw equip is over average by any means, it will overwrite that too, even if it's underaverage, it's gonna make it average
no, they can be scrolled or have potential. it just rewrites over the base stats
