What kind of shoulder pads are there?

Hello!
As I recently came back, I saw that there is a meister shoulder in the red shop, or people selling for 250m in the FM.
Is that shoulder near-end game material? I mean...I don't have any shoulder pads atm so obviously anything will be better than that but I was just curious what other viable shoulders are out there.

I mean red shop is coming to a close soon would 250m be a good price?
