Silly Tb hypers question
I was looking through my tb's hypers and noticed the 25% dmg buff on primal bolt- does this mean 25% and for every lightning buff (125% buff? o.o) or just a flat 25% buff in addition to gale's 35% dmg buff?

25% if you activate the hyper before Typhoon.
60% if you activate Typhoon buff before hyper.
