I thought World Transfers
Were going to be instant now? Isn't that the reason they were taken out to be brought back more efficient?
Anyways, at the current rate, how long do they take? I heard every Tuesday is that correct?
Also, is it true I need to have less than 3 characters in that world already or is an extra character slot good enough? Seems like a pointless rule to me. What happens if I bought the transfer and I have more than 3? Will I get a refund or just lose the money?
Sorry for all the questions I have never transferred before. Thanks in advance though.

They are not instant. They usually take from a week to one month. You will be able to transfer as long as there is an extra slot in the world you are transferring to.
If not, then I assume you will get the world transfer coupon back.<never happened before and not about to try
