Sorry for the nooby question, but what's the tier for lvl 121-150? Isn't it still 6% for epic, 6-9% for unique, and 9-12% for 121-150 and also the same for an equip lvl 110 or something?

That's technically what he meant. But there are no 151-159 shoulders (or any equips for that matter, I don't think) so 160+ is what a lot of people usually say

I don't know which Korean shoulder you're talking about. But, lvl150 is in same tier as lvl140. The only shoulder that can make a difference is SW shoulder which is lvl160. A lot of people went with empress shoulder because nexon released it first, so they were common in fm. Now people prefer meister shoulder, because it's common item, and you can psok to sell later. Blue and black tinker are 2 alternative shoulders that are good as well, but rare.

Because meister shoulders are COMMON, and can be psok'd after equipping.

I'm pretty sure your refering to the japanese shoulders and Axnslicer and bossboss have already gone over why they're not as used.

I think you need to study Korea a little bit more, or at least google the names on the shoulders you're talking about.

2. Pain to craft.
