Fastest>Faster>Fast>Normal>Slow
@SilentXynh: Not really only a few milliseconds slower than what i have, i'm using if for os+fb purposes since i dont really use toss. But thank you very much at least i know how much attack speed i'm sacrificing.

It's Fast(4) after mastery+booster for Arans, completely pointless to get one.
@SilentXynh: I'm going for the 120 one so 4 stages up is which normal?

Pretty sure the regular VL polearm is Slow(8), while the lv 125 one is Fast(5).
It'll just take it to Fast(4).

If you're after the delays, just work it out.
Delay: (effective speed + 10)/16 * delay at Normal(6).
Round up what you get to the nearest multiple of 30ms.
@silentXynh: unfortunately no. I'm looking for the scale that goes slower-->faster. Just need to see what 4 stages up from a von leon polearm is.
