Bad luck or what?

Ive had some bad luck recently(Shocker)
Boomed my 5 attack Shark Tooth shoes with a 1%Clean slate scrolls
Bought a clean Shoe for 40m, one scroll to get 0 Atk
Bought another shoe for 44m. 6 Scrolls to get 0 Atk.
Fused the two shoes to get a clean start. Stats? 0 atk. Clean.
I'm near broke now and this sucks T-T
