Hopefully I can update it soon, I think I have a new version of it that calculates a coefficient for the damage range something gives versus the price but it's not updated to the new formulas yet. Anyway, hopefully it allows you to do a little planning with actual numbers.

haha Yeah, there are too many things to upgrade. Sorry, I type a lot.

Summary:

1) I think regardless of what you do, the weapon comes first. Spend the most on this and get a high attack one, cube it after to get desired stats.
2) Choose Raven Horn or Top/Bottom set + other random equips. I recommend Raven Horn (That's what I use, costs very little in comparison to the other option). It's cheap and gives you good results. But you could go with the other person's suggestion.
3) Look for good deals with %luk and +attack. It's hard to say what's going to be available for you. (That's why I list the options) Pay only what you think you can afford, and keep money on hand for merching. If you buy a lot of smaller items for cheap it still adds up to nice range.

Hi. With 10 bil (and if you're willing to spend all of it) I recommend purchasing the following:

[b]Priority:[/b]

Raven Horn Dagger: Everything from clean 3-line to 163 attack+. Depending on the dagger, this can range from 1 bil to 5 bil from clean to decent. 10 bil would probably get you a 200+ one if you spend it all in one place, but that's up to you. Potential on a weapon can give you really good range and good bossing without much effort and if you cube, this is the thing you should consider cubing first out of anything.
Dkhanjar: 3-4 bil for a decent one. I hardly see any Dkhanjars except for 44 attack ones anymore. I heard they removed duped items so you should be safe.
Raven Horn Set: Pretty easy to get pieces cheap. You shouldn't have to spend too much for this, might cost you max if you get clean ones. If you have more to spend, you can get hand-me-downs from other people who failed to scroll the desired attack. (They usually sell for 500-700 mil each with either some %luk or better attack) Note that a Raven Horn attack glove can go for pretty cheap if it's not maximum, though if you want to get a maxed-out-attack glove it can cost 2-3 billion.

%luk equips in general - Amping your %luk will help everything, especially as you get higher in level. They can also be relatively cheap in comparison to other things. Shoot for 3% luk to 6% luk on all equips. Keep nebula slots open for 4% all later.

[b]Non-priority:[/b]

Pendant: Rising Sun Pendant, Horntail Pendant, CHT Pendant (though that's really tough to get), etc. with % luk. This can cost you a lot depending on the %luk on it, expect multiple billions for a decent one.
Belt: The best option here is Tyrant but that can cost a lot. You can also get a belt from Helisium dailies if you're willing to work hard and for a longer time. That belt has attack and stats I think. I noticed that some people are selling old Witch Belts on the cheap. This can cost Max or more depending on the %luk. You can always try to just find a solid attack belt or a %luk belt.
4% all Nebulas - These cost 1.4 billion each on Scania. It's not really worth spending money on really until late in the game when all your equips are good to go.

Debateable = Tyrant equips. I think Tyrant equips are great and if I could get ahold of a Tyrant equip for my belt, that would be awesome. However, price to stat-wise, it might not be of great interest to you at the moment. Tyrant in Cape or Shoes currently breaks Empress bonus (30 attack 30% boss) as well. Once they release the Empress Shoulder, then getting a Tyrant item for that piece might make sense. The reason I put them down in the non-priority is that I think that their prices will fall eventually.

[b]Other sources for equips:[/b]

Other equips I recommend: Silent Crusade (hunting the bosses) gives you a Title that gives you some attack and if you collect enough coins, you get an attack lvl 100+ face equip or an eye equip. The face equip is important because there are few face equips that are legit and also have high level potential. Reverse dual blade mask from the gachapon was the other one that was recommended before but it's not only harder to get now but isn't your only option. The eye equip is really nice as well, and with both you don't need to spend too much time to get them and you can chaos/potential them without fear of losing something really good. Plus it doesn't cost anything to get them money-wise.

If you can, I also recommend doing the Monster Card hunting as much as possible. You can get great benefits from doing them, like PDR and stats.

Also: I recommend merching even more as you upgrade. Make sure you get good deals, don't just splurge unless you happen to see a great dagger (few things can beat a really good dagger). 10 bil seems like a lot to be holding onto but I can say from experience that this money can easily go away in the blink of an eye when you're gearing up.

Wow ^^ that helps alot and I think the prices are right as well (Scania prices ) That will get me pretty decent damage.

Thanks ^^^ I will aim for Abyss Root Thief Equipments, and also I will try to find a Non-duped (Hopefully I avoid duped equips) decently scrolled DKhanjar and then ill cube it if not already done before purchase.
