Go for around 250mil to sell it in a reasonable amount of time. Once you start approaching 300mil people will try to offer cheaper prices rather than buy it, but it will eventually sell if someone wants it badly and no one undercuts your price.
200-300m, lesser than lvl 20 but still enough
