About job items (blood mask, evan glasses, ect.)

Adventurers: Adventurer Rings
Knights of Cygnus: Holy Wing Earring
Resistance: Resistance Lux Ring <----- [b] Job Items [/b]
Aran: Lilin's Aura Ring
Evan: Onyx Dragon Glasses
Dual Blade: Blood Mask
They all add +3 to STR/DEX/INT/LUK and +3 weapon and magic attack. The quest starts at Lv. 40, newly created characters will have to raise their level to 80. For people who are past Lv. 41, they will need to raise their level forty times.
[b]These job items cannot be worn over any other [i]existing job items[/i] (Dragon Glasses, Lilin's Ring etc.)[/b] and you can only trade the job item to another character once on your account.

Am making this Threat to inform maplers that u cannot were these 5 new items at the same time with 1 character.
alot of ppl are getting confused and think that u cannot stack with rings only, but truthfully these 5 new items are called
[i]job items[/i] and as said above they cant stack with one another.
and as for those that have already made their character to lv 40 so that when the patch comes they can just lv to 80, am sorry
but to say that ur plan will fail. this will only work if u make a new character [i]during[/i] the return of the hero patch.
plz dont say am rong until u give me evidence of my proof.
[b]Edit:[/b] "Gaga says I need to raise my level from 148 to 188 to obtain a ring. This has to be done before January 31, 2011 or else the quest disappears.
I think that's not enough for me to raise my level so quickly to 188." a quote on wat spadow wrote. this quote is refered on about [b][i]adventure rings[/b][/i]. once again dont get confused. this is a totally different event happening at the same time as the job item event.
adventure rings could be obtainable after u gain 40 lvs as well but for this event u dont have to make a new character it can be any excising character.
[b]Edit2:[/b] you [b][i]can[/b][/i] obtain the job items from the new lv 50 character u get after the patch. so jsut lv it to lv 90 and ur set.

The worn over part is totally false. All items can be worn alongside all previous items. The only limit is that you can only wear ONE Special ring at a time.
I.E. you can wear the evan glasses, DB mask, and KoC earrings with ONE of the rings listed above, OR ONE of the rings from the previous events.
Can I wear the mask on a non-thief character? o-o
is this on the nexpn homepage (gms) yet?
Im not sure if it's been answered, but are the Bloody mask and Cygnus earrings equipable by all classes? (Common) I remember the dual blade mask event was restricted to Thieves.
You can stack a mask with the glasses. When it said you cannot wear with existing job items it meant the orginial lilins ring and resistance ring wont stack with these ones.
No, he's talking about former events.
I'm near sure that he said all of these job ones stack.
Edit: However, you can't stack adventurer rings, because they're all the same type of ring.
Free DB skill books? Looks tempting.
I have a better idea... Lets wait til it comes.

I'm guessing something like the glasses not being equippable with the original Dual Blade mask or the original Adventurer rings, or something like that. Notice how all of these new items are new - they're all named differently.
I certainly hope that's not the case, though. I really want the glasses and mask.

No where did Spadow say that we cannot wear a Blood Mask and an Onyx Dragon Glasses.

I'm pretty sure you can even wear the new evan glasses with the new DB mask.
When it says job items cant 'stack' i think it means in the category.
So, rings - Lilans cant stack with Resistance because there is already 1 job ring.
But mask and glasses is face/eye so eeh :s

I believe you can stack the mask and glasses,
I have 'job items' from past events
Lilians ring, explorer ring and dragon glasses
the two rings cannot stack however the dragon glasses stacked with them

Get a Mask, considering you could always get Broken Glasses for Free or get Specs. : ]
Masks are expensive and harder to find.

i wish u could but u can only get the event when ur character is lv 40. so u would have to
1. make a new character
2. lv it to 40 to get the quest.
3. lv to 80 to get the job item
or/and
1.make the new lv 50 character
2. get the quest (light bulb over ur head)
3. lv to 90 to get the job item

meaning yes if u get a new lv 50 and lv it 40 times u will obtain the job item.
which item would be best to get then>

yea it will work if u created a free lv 50 hero and
once u obtain the job item u are entitled to extract that item try ur acc inventory [b]once[/b] u can
extract that item any time you want even after the event.
hmm will it work if you create one of the free lv 50 heros and do you have to trade the items during the time of the event?
