Help on creating a webpage
Hey guys! Im not sure if this is the appropiate forum to post this, so forgive me if it isnt.
I need help on how to make a webpage as the title states. Im a complete newby in that sense. I want to create something simple, just info page for now. Is there a place where i can read on it? Any special programs i need for this?

You don't need anything fancy in terms of a program. There are web developer's tools available for firefox and chrome as far as I know to help create a web page. Google some tutorials to teach you how to go about this. Good luck!
