1 Attack Horntail Pendant
Ok so I was messing around and I scrolled this
didnt think that you can scroll a HTP
I used the 15% Accessory for attack and it worked

It's just one attack. Wouldn't affect that much.
Yes Chtp is better but alot of people cant afford it
And you can only egg a HTP one time and it doesn't give attack

no it doesnt cost a lot. CHTP is better than this.

Because people egg it ^.^ +14 all stats and some atk i think... and 100% chance. i think all u need to do is a quest.
