Perfect Innocent Scroll Question
So I'm wondering how this works on items that are under average
if you use it does it go to its average state or stay under average.
lets say you have a vip katara which is 65 attack clean if you used the scroll does it turn to 68 Attack?
just wondering please answer xD

Innocence scroll resets [b]all[/b] slots on an item to average stats, but leaves potential if it has any. ;o

Yes, it will return the item to its original number of slots, and it will be unhammered, with no enhancements.
Potential remains the same, however.
