For those of us who use a fast (4) staff, using booster alone allows us to hit speed cap.
Then what is point of having AYA (+1) and BB (+2)?

Then what is point of having AYA (+1) and BB (+2)?

Swingin' that staff like they just don't care!
The point is that the game is designed around KMS and KMS doesn't have Elemental Staves. So for them it makes sense to have all the speed boosts since all of their good staves are slow 8.
