Ra Special Effect Items Work Per Described?
So if the item description reads "Will not be destroyed upon regular scroll failure. However, this item can be destroyed by EE scrolls", does it really mean EE can boom it? I know it is obvious from the description but I think it used to be the case that EEs won't boom it and that is why people have been able to EE such special effect equips to 15 stars.
So can anyone confirm that perhaps nexon fixed it and EE would boom it? Thanks.

It's stupid that they made EE able to destroy it. Now 'item cannot be destroyed' is inferior to 'all scroll will succeed' because it lost the ability of cheap 15 star-ing.
The issue was fixed long before the description was changed. iirc they fix the EE working on RA items in the Sengoku update.
