Not according to the [url=http://maplestory.nexon.net/news/maintenance/announcements/00FV9/known-issues-updated-october-09-2013]Known issues[/url] list. Still there in the Gameplay and Functionality section: "Evolution Cygnus and her knights do not drop any equipment."
