Where to use D-03 Transmitter
So I have the item in my inventory but there is no quest from pantheon or heliseum under either Available or In Progress tabs. I looked up hidden-street and used it at Forbidden Street: Secret Merchant Meet-up but nothing happened as 'the signal wasn't great'. -.-
There is no quest from pantheon or heliseum under Available tab either... so I just don't know what to do next > <
Does anyone know what i should do next? Thanks in advance!

yeah drop it, after you finish the quests in that small area and you move on to downtown pantheon, it's useless.
