Ra Special Effect Items Work Per Described? So if the item description reads "Will not be destroyed upon regular scroll failure. However, this item can be destroyed by EE scrolls", does it really mean EE can boom it? I know it is obvious from the description but I think it used to be the case that EEs won't boom it and that is why people have been able to EE such special effect equips to 15 stars. So can anyone confirm that perhaps nexon fixed it and EE would boom it? Thanks.
