Headset keeps disconnecting

Hello my wireless headset(sharktoon xtactic air) keeps disconnecting while playing maplestory.
Every 5-10secconds it disconnect and sometimes it makes it cracking noice like hell.
It only disconnects for a seccond and then comes back. I have it when i start steam games just the 1st seccond but with maple its every 5 secs.
It's unbearable. Anyone knows how to fix this?
