CSSs nerfed?
Is it just me or do the CSSs now all say "Restores all lost upgrade slots"? Is it just for the event CSSs or both (from event and elite bosses)?

Is it just me or do the CSSs now all say "Restores all lost upgrade slots"? Is it just for the event CSSs or both (from event and elite bosses)?

If it actually does do that now then I wouldn't know since they keep failing ;-;

If they worked like that it would be beautiful. Unfortunately, they do not :c
if it restores all lost upgrades slots how is it a nerf? lol but i dont see any clean slates that say that
