How to take Advantage of this Event
Well after seeing so many threads of people asking for help making mesos with the events I decided to just give some tips on how to take full advantage of this event.
-With the 8th Anniversary Events still going on, buy TONS and TONS of maple leafs. Why? Simple, get as many 20% slates as you possibly can. You will need these in the future to make perfect weapons or other equips. Let me put it in perspective for you, 10 trade-able 20% slates cost about 200m in Scania. Thats 2b for only 10 slates. If you buy maple leafs at 10k each, you can actually buy 100 20% slates for only 1.5b. You can get 5 slates per character. Since now all characters can enhance items without equipping them, you wont have trouble scrolling. If you dont have the meso or you believe its too expensive then you can do it the old fashioned way and get 50 of those maple boxes across as many characters as you can. That method will take much longer but it will be free.
- If you don't plan on scrolling any future weapons then maybe you would like to just sell maple leafs. Ive sold over 400m worth of leafs in very little time. This method is great for new players that are trying to make decent meso and do not know about perfecting weapons.
- With the unleashed events going on I recommend stocking up on both 1h Wep atk and 2h Wep atk. They are 50% with no boom chance and they both give 5atk 5 on all. You can get a maximum of 19 coins a day by doing the daily quests. You will also get more coins with hottimes. Do this on multiple characters and save up for several of these scrolls. In combination with the clean slates, this is the cheapest way to make a perfected weapon and at the same time very profitable if you are planning on selling the weapons. Please Note, they only last 90 days so make sure you use them before they expire
- DO THE PERFECT ATTENDANCE. I can not stress this enough. The rewards for completing each season are amazing. The last two seasons have 60% Incredible Chaos of Goodness and a 50% Unique Potential scroll. Once again, these two rewards are amazing and can easily get you billions in profit. You can use both to perfect your own items as well. The more characters and accounts you do it on the better it will. REMEMBER THESE ITEMS ONLY LAST 7 DAYS so use them asap.

most items to be perfected are tradeable until equipped, so you won't have much trouble perfecting them

Ive stated that you can get many more on various characters. The fact that every single player can now scroll anything without having to equip items is great. It allows for trade-able items to be perfected. Several high level weapons such as Empress and others are only untradeable when they are equipped, so you can still scroll something like that. Yes, the scrolls expire in 90 days but thats 3 months for people to use them. In my opinion 3 months is enough time to use the scrolls

Im well aware of the fact that you have only 90 days to use them. Basically 3 months. People have until October to use them. A lot of people don't get much and if they do they use them right away. I believe 3 months to use those scrolls is enough. I will edit my post to clarify that though. Thanks

50% scrolls expire 90 days after you purchase them, so you got time to use them, but you cannot store them on a mule for later use (3 months+). OT: Well put together guide XD

Various people have tested that out with the first attendance reward. They say it works on multiple characters per account.

1. Its completely free if you decide to do so. Only a few people actually buy 100 slates for 1.5b others just decide to take the long route and do it themselves.
2. You can also perfect your own gear with this method
3. with both the incredible chaos of goodness and Unique pot scroll from the attendance check you can sell the items you decide to use it on, or you can simply use it on your own items.
