I would like to know what is the best way to farm the coins.

Do Kerning PQs. It's 5 for 3 coins per day, it even works for higher lvled characters.
Tested it already on several characters myself.
Don't bother doing the higher lvled quests, they are a pain.
if you're just getting scroll, just get a kanna to lv 20 (12 coins) or lv 30 (17 coins). Takes like half an hour-one hour each.
Wait for hayato and do expedition runs?
