About Dual Bladers?

Hi, so basically this thread is just Q&A for me because i'm somewhat tempted to try it since it'll be gone for a while soon. I've literally played every single class/job maple has to offer except dual bladers because i always thought of it has nexons way of introducing a totally private class for the rich and funded, but recently i found out that you can just use regular mastery books that come from the mmb (woo?) Here are the list of questions i'd like to be informed about before actually making one. i only have about 50mil in case that'll clear up any questions you have for me.

Questions:
1- does buying the mastery "scrolls" from the cash shop make a huge difference in game play?
2-are the non nx-mastery books expensive and do you need those 20 and 30 mastery books?
3-could one play a dual blader with little-no funding what so ever but still dish out an "ok" amount of damage?
4-if i were to start a dual blader, which of ther mastery books are a must(as in i'll be using till 200[if i ever get there])
5- do you ever find yourself using the same skill till 200 or are there a lot of combinations a dual blader can use? cause to be honest i don't feel like just holding 1 button until the mob dies.

i really appreciate the time you're putting into giving me all this information. Thank you very much!

p.s: iunno, but if you happen to have seen any motivational db videos that you'd like to share that'd be really cool and highly appreciated as well.

1. Each mastery book you buy from the Cash Shop will grant you 1 extra SP (total 4-5, completely forgot). I'm at level 200 right now, and I have 4 leftover SP. So it really isn't a big deal.

2. Up until 3rd job, you will need Slash Storm 20, Tornado Spin 20, Mirror Image 30, and Flying Assaulter 20 (not sure about Chains of Hell now). When you advance to 4th job, you will only need MW20/30, Venom 30 (Dual Blades have their own Venom mastery book; there is no such thing as Venom 20 for DBs), Final Cut Skillbook and Phantom Blow Skillbook, both of which automatically comes with a mastery level of 30, Blade Fury 30, Mirrored Target 30, and Thorns 30. For DBs you do not need to trouble yourself with many 20 books.

3. You will definitely need an adequate amount of funding, though it is a fun class to play.

4. You will need all the mastery books from 1st to 3rd job in order to get to 4th job. From there, Phantom Blow and Blade Fury is a must. Then Final Cut, Thorns, MW etc. I'm sure there's a guide that can tell you specifically what to max first, since I am an old-school DB.

5. For bossing, we mainly use Phantom Blow for 1v1, and Blade Fury for mob attacking, such as attacking Zakum arms. Final Cut is an attacking buff that increases your damage by 140%. For regular training, say at Bearwolves, you will be mainly using Blade Fury and Flying Assaulter+Tornado Spin/Bloody Storm combo.

On a side note, I don't know why people say that they don't use Tornado Spin a lot. Tornado Spin is the most useful extension skill after Flying Assaulter, as it serves as a double-rush move. Bloody Storm does more damage, but what good is damage output without proper control?

If you want some DB inspirational videos, well I guess you could search Youtube. I do have some bossing videos if you want to check that out.

1- Not really, you just get 1 extra SP which means you can max some skills early but again it's not a huge difference.
2- At the moment, non nx mastery books are going pretty cheap.
3- Sorry, but if you want your dmg output of be reasonable, then you'll need some funding
4- Um all of them? not sure about tornado spin, although it's good when linking with FA
5- You'll find yourself holding down quite a bit but try to be creative with combos rather than just spamming.
