Can anyone help me? Recipe

I got this today, but I'm not really sure how I got it. I beat Krexel and all of the RA bosses. Not sure which one dropped it.

The bosses that the maple sites that say drop doesn't say that Krexel or the RA bosses drop them. Got it today too. Is it worth much?
