Keep or no? Inner Ability

I gave up my +18 attack for this and I got some circulators left.
Was it a good decision to give up +18 attack IA?

I would keep that. It's pretty hard to get 10%+ boss damage on inner potential.
yes its worth it, 1% damage=2-3wep atk
