Need help catching up with the current Ms

Hello, I haven't played Maplestory in about 1-2 years and wonder about the current state of the game. Particularly, I am wondering if the Empress set is still the best for my character I will be making(Buccaneer)? What would be the best items I can get on him for endgame and how roughly would it amount to. I am also wondering how much a Ele Staff 2 with 192m.atk, 29int, (8Enhancements), Pot:20% boss dmg, 8% crit, 6% int (Unique) is worth. Also, how much is a 9int,15m.atk, half earring with 6% int,3%accuracy,32avoid (epic pot) is worth. I'm in BelloNova server
