What gear to upgrade
Right now I have:
[b]Helm[/b] - Z helm: 14str/15dex, no potent, clean.
[b]Face[/b] - Blood Mask
[b]Rings[/b] - Two Evolution Rings lv.17
Explorer's Critical Ring
Zombie Ring
[b]Cape[/b] - White Gaia Cape: Clean, rare 3l potent (2% str +4dex +4luk)
[b]Glove[/b] - Work Glove: 8atk, hammered once.
[b]Overall[/b] - Cloud Robe: 20dex, no potent.
[b]Pendant[/b] - Deputy Star: 5str/5dex, 3l rare potent
[b]Belt[/b] - Yellow Belt: 2str/5dex
[b]Earrings[/b] - Altaire Earrings: 1str/10dex, 3l rare potent
[b]Shoes[/b] - Balrog's Fur Shoes: 3str/6dex
[b]Weapon[/b] - White Fangz: 111w.atk, hammered twice, 2l rare potent (10w.atk +5dex)
I have 30 base dex and 121 dex with equips (keep in mind 9 dex is from potent).
So I was just wondering, what should be my priorities?
I want to get to a safe and maintained 120 dex because I want to get an Equinox in the future. Or should my weapon even be my main worry? How long will my White Fangz serve me good for?
I have around 350mil but I'd really like to use my mesos frugally.

Just a little sidenote to Infferrno's post. He's pretty much said everything that needs to be said.
If/when CWKPQ opens up again and you can get MoN's, get one. It beats out the pendant even with the 4 set bonus(10 Wep Att and +5 Stats on Avg>+12 All Stats, +5 Wep Att, atleast if you don't need the extra Dex). Eventually if you PvP enough you can make one of those +9 STR +5 Wep Att Shoulders which can replace the PvP Shoulder, but it takes a LOT of Emblems. A PvP belt provides more range than a Black Belt but less stats, just incase you were wondering.
Upgrading to a Scar when you do do those runs might be usefull too. A little extra STR or Dex aswell as a higher potential tier. I think your Fangz can serve you until later. My Knuckle is 85 Att(But with a relatively good potential of 6% Att, 15% PDR and +40 Accuracy) and I'm still using it at 150. You can go far even without a good Knuckle, altough yours is a good deal better than mine so you can keep it until you save enough to make an end-game.

1st and foremost. Take 5-10m and buy yourself some 3% STR earrings. Very cheap, adds quite a bit to your range.
2nd: Find 3% STR Overall and Shoes. Should be relatively cheap. 20-30m tops.
Get a better cape.
Dish out 20m for 3% STR one. You could probably find one for cheaper but I'll just say 20m to give you le-way.
You can get a better belt. I'd suggest doing PvP and getting that belt, the shoulderpad, the pendant, and the ring. Use those instead of what you have now (replace Zombie ring, yellow belt, and Dep. Star).
After that, I'd say... look for some 3% STR + Pirate gloves. They should be pretty cheap. Prices vary but you can find them from 5-10m. Hard to find so just keep an eye out. Scroll with attack scrolls yourself.
At this point I'd just sell all the other stuff and you should start saving up for 6% gear. Your Knuckle is very good. Keep that for awhile.
