I have these equips and i was wonder how much they were worth:
Heliseum pirate cape
Heliseum mage boots
Heliseum bowman boots

Clean they're around 350+
Just give it away for free, no one will get their feelings crushed when they realized its worth a little profit.
Boots aren't really worth the psok. Cape might be if it's above average/chaos'd for decent w.atk.
Heliseum items arent worth anytihng if you psok them, they are around 250m so if you use a psok to make them tradeable you wont profit, people often give them for free if the buyer psoks them
You better aim for nova items because they are worth 1b
