I just came back recently. My Warrior is lv.100 but I am not sure what gear to get. Is Tempest still on the market? Thanks for the help.

You dont worry about gear until lvl150+... You could get clean empress gear at 140 (besides cape + shoulders). Tyrant Capes are also fairly cheap now.
