lawl you know every time you get hit right? Just imagine that effect on your character for 7 seconds... However it's really annoying to get in effect

Update We will NOT be performing a rollback to address this issue. The affect on the meso economy has been very minimal and we are working on addressing the large increase in scrolls and equipment items through other methods. We will release details soon. Thank you for your patience.
