Glacial chains is kinda funny. It's meant to be for mobbing, but since it's so strong, no mobs should be able to survive taking a hit from it. I mainly use it for bossing . To answer your question, if you can afford it go MW
What @Kalemora said. I'm pretty happy I didn't max MW early because now, the prices have deflated and MW30 is about 500~700m now
