I use a 203m.atk timeless staff personally (1 star). It works well enough for me. I still miss the 196 1 star ele 7 i blew up though with a 90% enhance.

Well right now, there's no difference because the wands are glitched and give the same elemental bonuses (10% ice, 5% lightning). If/When the glitch is fixed, I'd suggest Ewand 8 because CL is your main attack.

But if not glitched, Ele Wand 8 is better as it gives more boost to lightning and CL is ur main skill

The ideal end-game weapon would be an Estaff 7/8, but yeah an Ewand 7/8 would be good too since Ele staves are virtually non-existent.
